3. Tax allowance of the donors
- Individuals
To be allowed to subtract the donation from the tax base, the donation or the sum of donations in one year must be higher than 1.000,- CZK or than 2 % of the tax base. - Legal persons
To be allowed to subtract the donation from the tax base, the donation must be higher than 2.000,- CZK and all together it is possible to subtract not more than 5 % of the tax base.
People in Need is (as every public benefit organization) exempt from paying gift tax.
