ELF - The Emerging Leaders Fellowship

The Emerging Leaders Fellowship (ELF) is one of the flagship initiatives of PIN’s East European program. Each edition features up to four community leaders from the post-Soviet region who spend ten weeks in Prague to refine their soft-skills and learn about ethical leadership. The program combines theory with hands-on workshops, innovative learning and field-visits.
The next – third – edition of the fellowship will be announced in mid-2020. Stay tuned for more updates!

Description: These photos show school students in Idleb governorate in Syria’s northwest receiving school uniform distributed for free. These uniforms were made under a PIN cash for work project generously funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and were distributed in the twelve schools also funded by SDC. Besides providing work opportunities for tens of women, mostly displaced, the activity increases the sense of equality among the children as they all put on the same type of clothing.
