Invitation to a Bid: Suppliers of Construction Materials

PIN (PEOPLE IN NEED), an international NGO, invites for submission of sealed Tender Offers from eligible bidders for the supply of CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS (DDP Slavyansk, Ukraine) according to the specification on Government Control Areas (GCA) and Non-government Control Areas (NGCA), Ukraine.

Tender documentation can be obtained from PIN Ukraine Office:Svobodi str, 9, 2^nd floor, 206 cabinet, Slavyansk, Oblast Donetsk, 84100, Ukraine from May 22^nd, 2017  until  June 20^th, 2017 between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. during working days or sending request to the following e-mail pavel.kurochka@peopleinneed.cz. Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

Tender offers have to be submitted to PIN or sent by registered post to reach the PIN office in Svobodi str, 9, 2^nd floor, 206 cabinet, Slavyansk, Oblast Donetsk, 84100, Ukrainebefore closing date and time: June 21^st, 2017 11:00 a.m. Any tender received after the closing date/time or not properly sealed will not be considered.

Envelope opening session will be held on June 21^st, 2017 11:01 a.m.: venue PIN office in Svobodi str, 9, Slavyansk, Oblast Donetsk, 84100, Ukraine and the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to the envelopes opening.

Price stated in the tender offer must be inclusive of all the taxes and duty payments (DDP Slavyansk, Ukraine).

PIN Ukraine reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
