External evaluation services

Our organization invites competent and reputable independent contractors (companies, organisations or individuals) for the international open tender for the following service:

External evaluation to conduct a mixed-method, gender-sensitive evaluation
of the Our Turn project over the next 5 years

Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained from the PIN Office at: 279 Ranibari-3, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal. between 30 a.m. 5.00 p.m. during working days (7^th December to 11^th December and then 17^th December to 19^th December, 2018) or upon request via email eoi.nepal@peopleinneed.cz Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

Tender offers have to be submitted to PIN or sent by courier service to reach the PIN office address: 279 Ranibari-3, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal or sent in PDF format to PIN email address: secure.bid@peopleinneed.cz before closing date and time: 31^st December 2018 5pm GMT+4.45.

Bids received after the closing date & time and bids received on different PIN email address will not be considered.

Envelopes with PIN address/emails should be marked with the following text/subject:

 “External Evaluation of Our Turn Project DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 2nd Jan 2019”.

Bid opening session will be held on: 2^nd January 2019 in PIN office: 279 Ranibari-3, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal.
