The International NGO People in Need invites competent and reputable independent contractors (companies, organisations or individuals) for the international open tender for the following service:

External evaluation to conduct a mixed-method, gender-sensitive evaluation of the Improving Access to Education in Ethiopia for Most Marginalised Girls project (CHANGE project) funded by DFID within Girls Education Challenge (GEC): Leave No Girl Behind (LNGB) project over the next 5 years (baseline, midline and endline evaluation)

Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained upon request via email procurement.ethiopia@peopleinneed.cz Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

Sealed tender offers have to be submitted to PIN or sent by courier service to reach the PIN office address: Yeka sub city, kebele 13/14 house no 904, Addis Ababa or sent in PDF format to PIN email address: secure.bid@peopleinneed.cz before closing date and time: 5^th March 2019 2:00 pm Ethiopian time.

Bids received after the closing date & time and bids received on different PIN email address will not be considered.

Envelopes with PIN address/emails should be marked with the following text/subject:

“External Evaluation of Change Project DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 5^th March 2019 3:00 pm Ethiopian time”.

Bid opening session will be held on: 5^th March 2019 3:00 pm Ethiopian time in PIN office: Yeka sub city, kebele 13/14 house no 904, Addis Ababa.
