Winterization kits

The International NGO People in Need invites competent and reputable independent contractors for the national open tender for the following supplies:

500 pieces of winterization kits

Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained by e-mail to the following e-mail address: procurement.afg@peopleinneed.cz before 4:00 pm local (Afghan) time 13.09.2019. Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

Tender offers have to be submitted by e-mail to the following e-mail address: secure.bid@peopleinneed.cz before closing date and time 14.09.2019 02:00 pm local (Afghan) time.

Bids received after the closing date & time and bids received on different PIN email address will not be considered.

Email subject should be marked with the following text:

“Attention: PIN procurement officer

Procurement of 500 winterization kits

DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 14.09.2019 3:00 pm local (Afghan) time”
