INVITATION FOR A BID

People in Need (PIN) is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-religious organization working worldwide to provide relief and development assistance and support in response to the needs of marginalized communities.

As a part of the projects “Increasing availability and quality of technical and vocational training and education in the leather production in Ethiopia”  and  “Increasing availability and quality of technical and vocational training and education in the sector of leather production in Ethiopia” PIN invites all qualified supplier to submit sealed bids for the procurement of leather machineries for leather garment, goods and footwear production (stitching machine, splitting, Leather Skiving machines, etc).

All bidders with valid license for the current year can obtain a complete set of bidding documentation including technical specifications from the PIN Office Addis Ababa (Yeka sub-city, Kebele 13/14 house no 904, behind Denbrewa hospital or Tel: 011618 7766), or via email eth-tender@peopleinneed.cz, from 22.10.2013 until 4.11.2013, between 8:30 and 17:30, during regular working days.

Bidders should submit their offers accompanied by copies of all appropriate certified documents in the company profile/license in a wax-sealed and stamped envelope at the same address (including email address) on or before 25.11.2013 at 10.30am local time.

Envelope opening session will be held on 25.11.2013 at 11.00 am at PIN office at the same address. Bidders and/or their legal representatives are invited.

PIN Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
