Currently, over 2000 employees work for PIN's Relief and Development Department across 23 countries on 3 continents and our 16-member HR team is looking for a new colleague! We are seeking someone who will be a good fit to our team, who already has comprehensive HR knowledge and who enjoys conducting interviews with international candidates. Is that you? You will work from our headquarters in Prague, collaborating closely with other HR team members and other support departments.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Guide employees from their first day until their last, handling processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and the career and personal development of international colleagues working in PIN’s country programs abroad.
  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process for senior expert positions in PIN’s country programmes with candidates from all over the world.
  • Collaborate closely with management at both regional and national levels.
  • Manage essential HR administration, including workforce planning, employment contracts and amendments, maintaining HR databases in the SAP system, and supporting regular evaluations with current international staff.
  • Provide HR process consultations and support to colleagues from other departments.
  • Regularly meet with international colleagues, listening to and addressing their needs.
  • Understand and implement internal international policies, procedures, and manuals effectively into practice.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of PIN's HR activities to the public through job fairs, public events, and Assessment Centers.

We Expect From You:

  • A genuine interest in people; the ability to communicate sensitively while respecting diverse cultural backgrounds. Previous experience working in a multicultural environment or with international teams is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR as an HR Generalist or Recruiter, including conducting interviews.
  • Excellent English proficiency (as it is the primary language of communication) and fluency in Czech.
  • Strong organizational skills and systematic approach to work.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected situations smoothly.
  • Independence in organizing your work and solving non-standard situations.
  • Practical experience with HRIS systems, such as SAP, for managing personnel data is an advantage.
  • Proactive approach in identifying organizational needs and proposing and implementing innovative HR solutions.

  • Starting salary based on your experience; 40,000 – 43,000 CZK for full-time position.
