In the third issue of the Renewable Energy Access for off-grid Communities and Households (REACH) Project Newsletter, we journey to Northern Samar to document the project's first installation of solar lights in an off-grid community. We also explore how the sun's light is being harnessed to power public services, and community-based businesses and organizations around the Philippines.
